I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, as a small business, missed appointments significantly impact my schedule and income. Please read carefully before booking: • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 70% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-show appointments (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 70% of the scheduled service cost. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a cancellation and subject to the 70% fee, depending on availability. This policy helps ensure I can provide quality care, maintain my schedule, and be available to all clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
